There truly are no words. We are so sorry for your tragic loss and although we didn’t know Curtis, he sounds like he really left kind, and memorable footprints in those paths he’s crossed along the way. He’ll continue to be with you all and help you to find comfort. Thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

In memory of a beautiful soul: Those that we love don't go away, even though you feel a total loss, they walk beside us. With deepest sympathy, know that I, too, walk beside you, feeling your pain, crying tears of sorrow: You'll never walk alone. May God be with you and you experience His comfort and sublime peace.

To the most kind bearded person I have ever met. Thank you for always brightening my day. Thank you for being there when I needed you, and always being someone I can talk to. Although we only were roommates last semester, we became very close very quick. I’ll never forget all the memories we made. I’ll miss our late night shenanigans and video games. Thank you for coming into my life, I will never forget you Curtis. To the whole Melville family, you are all in my prayers, and for the rest of my life I will cherish the moments I had with Curtis

Curt and Tara,

Words can in no way express our deepest sympathies to you and your family.
You have not left our thoughts and prayers. No one can ever understand such a tragedy.
Curtis is an Angel in heaven and we pray that that may give you comfort.
With all our love and prayers....

For the times I saw Curtis when hanging out with Amber, he was as kind as ever. A few times he was with friends and came into the Wawa I work at, he was also kind as ever. He was always such a down to earth and kind soul.. It is a shame he was taken away so soon. My heart goes to his family and friends.. May he Rest In Peace.

Tara and family,
My heart is heavy for you and it is difficult to find any words to ease your loss. Although I did not know Curtis he apparently was an amazing son, brother, and friend who touched many lives with his kind ways. Surround yourself by those who love you to find strength & comfort during the days ahead. Please know that you are in my thoughts with much love and deepest sympathy.
Amber (Edinboro ASA)

Curt, Tara and family.
Words cannot express how saddened I was by this.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  I am already talking to Curtis each day. I know he will be doing great things in his new home, just as he did here on earth. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to know the fine young man Curtis became. He touched so many at such a young age and he will live on in our hearts forever. Praying for you comfort and healing.  God bless.
