Obituary

Frank Michael Aiello "JR", 68, of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 5, 2022. Frank was born on July 26, 1954, in South Philadelphia before moving to Delaware County for the remainder of his life.

Frank was foremost a family man. There was nothing in the world more important to him then those he loved. He was a passionate man with many interests. He was an avid and skilled shuffleboard player, who played in multiple leagues in the mid-Atlantic and Delaware County areas often several times a week and even played in tournaments. In his younger years he was an outdoorsman, always enjoying hunting, fishing, archery and time at the gun club. Through these activities Frank made lots of friends and touched many lives. Frank was a food enthusiast and phenomenal cook throughout his entire life, often sharing family meals and stories around the table with lots of love and laughter.

Frank was one of a kind, the kind of person who was so full of life that you couldn't help but have a good time when you were with him. He was a selfless and authentic man with a big heart who would do anything for anyone. He will always be remembered for his genuineness, vibrant spirit and colorful personality.

Frank was always a lover of cars, taking after his father in that way. He was a diagnostic mechanic and transmission specialist, as well as owner and operator of Ace Transmission.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents Frank & Olida "Lee" Aiello [Massimini] and his grandson Bryan Holland. Loving father to Christina Aiello Holland, Jackie Lee Slavin-Aiello, Jamie Aiello and Son-in-Law Sam Heil. Long term companion to Linda Criscuolo, Step-father to Jen[ Sean] Helton, Joe [Colleen] West, Denise [Jim] Weeks. Devoted grandfather to 10 loving grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Also survived by his 2 siblings, Dominic Aiello and LeeAnn [John] Gallagher and his beloved nieces and nephews. Frank also leaves behind many friends and will be missed as an icon of the community.
