Lillian E. (Nesbit) Jackson

Lillian E. (Cookie) Jackson, Nee Nesbit, 72, of Aston, passed away suddenly on January 4, 2018.

Cookie was born in Philadelphia to Samuel and Lillian Nesbit, She was a graduate of John Bartran High, Temple and Widener Universities. She was a teacher in the Philadelphia School District for over 20 years,retiring in 2004. A member of Hope Presbyterian Church until its closing, and currently a member of Mt Hope United Methodist Church. Cookie loved the Beach,
Christmas, reading mysteries and the Phillies. But most of all she loved children and sharing precious time with her family. Cookie was predeceased by her parents, a brother Samuel.

she is survived by her husband of 48 years, Evan, her daughter Erica (Donald)Buscaglia, granddaughter Nicole, sister Joyce Lewis, nephew Ken Lewis, and niece Stacey (Dennis) Golden.

Interment is private.
